International Attendees

International attendees who need a letter of invitation must first be registered and have paid for the conference prior to requesting the letter. Once payment is made, please reach out to meetings@ana.org

DO YOU OFFER ANY TOOLS TO SUPPORT SECURING APPROVAL TO ATTEND?

Yes! We have a comprehensive Justification Toolkit to assist you in presenting the benefits of attending the PDP Summit and securing funding. The toolkit also contains a worksheet to calculate the most common conference expenses and thoughtful questions. It’s free!

CAN I RESERVE HOUSING DIRECTLY FROM THE HOTEL?

It is recommended that you only book through the conference hotel reservation link. Please do not accept hotel offers or reservations from any other source as most are scams. You will receive certain protections and benefits by booking with the group housing link.

WILL THERE BE PRE-CONFERENCE EVENTS FOR THE 2025 PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND PRACTICE SUMMIT?

Yes. There are three program director meetings. Fees and attendance eligibility rules apply for these workshops. View more details on the registration page.

ARE THERE REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS FOR EARLY REGISTRATION OR ANA MEMBERS?

Yes! Pricing discounts apply for eligible groups. Only one discount may be applied per registrant; no combining of discounts is allowed.

WHEN I REGISTER DOES THAT LOCK ME INTO A SESSION?

No, the conference is trying to gauge interest in sessions to place them in the appropriate rooms. All sessions are first come, first seated onsite.

DOES THE CONFERENCE PROVIDE FREE WI-FI?
